SRH Beat KKR, Cummins Returns Home

Riding high on a 65-run win over KKR, Sunrisers Hyderabad face Lucknow on Sunday. Skipper Pat Cummins has returned home for a final scan on his back injury but is expected to rejoin soon.

Sunrisers piled on 226/8 against Kolkata Knight Riders before their bowlers restricted them to 161. The team is buoyed by the victory ahead of their home clash with Lucknow.

Cummins, who has been out of action since last July, underwent a scan in Australia. Coach Daniel Vettori confirmed the captain is training well and will rejoin the squad on April 17 for a slow build-up to return to action.
