2026 Boys Volleyball Regional Rankings: Week 4

The USA TODAY Sports/AVCA released Week 4 regional rankings for boys volleyball, with Loyola High School (13-2) leading the West Region, Roncalli (0-0) topping the Midwest, and Meadville High School (1-0) heading the Northeast. These regional rankings determine which teams will advance to compete in the Super 25 national rankings.

In the West Region, Mira Costa (23-2) and Redondo Union (14-2) follow Loyola. The Midwest features Saint Xavier (11-0) as the second-ranked team, while North Allegheny (3-0) is second in the Northeast. Teams from these regions will continue competing as the season progresses with national rankings as the ultimate goal.
