Seahawks Coach Confident Ball Will Find Shaheed

Through three games, Shaheed has recorded just six catches for 53 yards, prompting questions about his production. Macdonald responded by saying, 'I don't know what exactly his numbers are...the ball's finding [Jaxon Smith-Njigba] a lot right now. Sheed's doing a great job...it will. I think we've just got to stick to our process.' betsport.cv

In contrast, Smith-Njigba has 27 catches for 405 yards and six touchdowns. Shaheed has also contributed on special teams with seven punt returns for 67 yards and seven kickoff returns for 190 yards, but his overall production appears to be falling short of expectations for his $17 million per year contract.
