Report: Jets Trade WR Irv Charles to Seahawks

The New York Jets have agreed to trade wide receiver Irv Charles to the Seattle Seahawks in exchange for a conditional 2028 seventh-round pick.

Zack Rosenblatt of TheAthletic.com reports the deal is complete. Charles, an undrafted free agent in 2022, appeared in 25 games over two seasons, mostly on special teams.

After tearing his ACL late in the 2024 season and sitting out last year, Charles aims to make the Seahawks' 53-man roster and resume his playing career in Seattle. sports24.club
