Jets linebacker Marcelino McCrary-Ball signed his tender on Wednesday, remaining with the team as an exclusive rights free agent.

McCrary-Ball, 27, signed his tender on Wednesday according to the NFL's transactions wire. The linebacker was an exclusive rights free agent after joining the Jets' practice squad in 2023.

In 2025, McCrary-Ball injured his hamstring in Week 3 against the Buccaneers but was activated from injured reserve later in the season. He played 106 defensive snaps and 120 special teams snaps, totaling 23 tackles and a forced fumble. In three seasons with the Jets, he has played 109 defensive snaps and 363 on special teams.
